My shortest and most Jewish of friends! I had a lot of respect for Howie and his peculiar ways. He was a guy I felt I could trust. I was sad and surprised to hear of his death.
To this day I still consider Howie one of my Best Friends for Life. The Year of his passing is listed as unknown. I attended his funeral. He died at 29 years of age. That would put the year at 1984. Continue to Rest in Peace my friend.
