My old hockey pal, Walter. He was a good hockey goalie and we used to play at old Low Tor Rink with the hockey gang from North and South. We had many good laughs going back to Junior High. As adults, we shared 4 Ranger season tickets together. Rest in Peace, Old Friend.

Does anyone remember Walter selling "Big Bubba" bubble gum out of his locker in 9th grade? It was a hoot - and how I met him. He kept a couple boxes of those foot-long sticks in his locker...bought them for 25 cents and sold them to us for 50. What a deal. His locker wasn't big enough for the business he had going!
By senior year Walt had graduated from the 9th grade locker bubble gum business to the best muscle car swap and trade side hustle in the Rockland/Bergen County area. He left many of us with fun memories.
