I met Eric when I was 9 years old at Laurel Plains elementary, Mrs. Dimaria's class. Our families were close for years. I'm still good friends with his sister Marcy. I lost touch with Eric many years ago but he remains as the friend I knew longer than anyone else. Eric died this year, 2023. My good memories of our times together will always be a comfort to me.
